Standard Plan

• Certificate of Cover
• 1 Maintenance Visit per year (2 if your system is Remotely Monitored)
• Keyholder Updating provision (Remote Systems)
• Helpdesk e:mail support
• Full Maintenance Inspection Report(s)
• 24hr Access to our Emergency Engineers – Discounted call-out charges
• Special Discount of 25% on Parts and upgrades or additional services provided.

Standard Plus Plan

• Certificate of Cover
• 1 Maintenance Visit per year (2 if your system is Remotely Monitored)

• Free battery replacement as required

Comprehensive Plan 

• Certificate of Cover
• 1 Maintenance Visit per year (2 if your system is Remotely Monitored)
• Keyholder Updating provision (Remote Systems)
• Helpdesk e:mail support
• Full Maintenance Inspection Report(s)
• 24hr Access to our Emergency Engineers – Discounted call-out charges
• Unlimited Emergency Call-out per year during office hours
• Free battery replacement as required
• Free replacement of all faulty parts where replacement needed due to fair wear and tear
